Jince's hair salon is a salon and parlour near your apartment complex.

We will ask you to put up a poster advertising Jince's Salon in your complex's notice/bulletin boards (after taking permission from the management of course, we will pay the advertising fee to your apartment complex). The poster will contain your unique referral code that people from your complex can use to book appointments with Jince's salon.

If someone from your complex asks on your complex's social media (e.g. complex's Telegram, WhatsApp group, Facebook group, ADDA, MyGate, ApnaComplex group) for a recommendation for a good salon nearby, you will reply with a recommendation to Jince's salon.

We will pay you a 5 - 20% (depending on product/service) referral fee for each customer referred.

So if 5 customers went to Jince's salon after seeing the poster (tracked using your unique referral code on the poster) and 3 customers went to Jince's salon after seeing your reply to their question on a Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, ADDA, MyGate, ApnaComplex group, then you will get 20% of their bill amount as referral fee. Assuming each person paid an average of Rs. 1000 per appointment, you will get Rs 1600 that month.

20% of Rs. 1000 = Rs 200.

Rs 200 x 8 customers = Rs. 1600

Now if you represent 5 such brands for us in your complex you can make: Rs. 1600 x 5 = Rs. 8000/month


For services that charge a monthly/other periodic subscription fee like Gyms, Tuition Classes etc. instead of 5-20% of the bill amount you will get an amount equal to the first month's fee.

Q. How will I get paid?

Q. When will I get paid?

A. On the 15th of every month for the money you earn during the previous month e.g. you will get paid on Feb 15th all of your earnings made for the month of January.

Q. How will you track customers which customers were sent by me?

A. Each time you share a link or a poster the link to the service/product, it will contain a unique code for booking the service or ordering the product. When the customer clicks on the link you posted or scans the QR code from the poster this unique code is transmitted to us, letting us know that the customer is being sent to our brands by you.

Q. Do you need any commitment from me?

A. No, no commitment needed from you at anytime. Since you earn on a commission basis, it is entirely up to you on how much time and effort you would like to dedicate to this.

Q. Do I have any sales targets?

A. None at this point in time, but this might change in the future, however we expect no commitment from you.

Q. Do I have to pay you anything for signup etc?

A. No. Nothing. Zero. 0.
